Key Timelines in Maharashtra

  • General Refund (Unused/Non-executed): Application must be submitted within six months from the date of purchase of the stamp paper.
  • Cancellation of Registered Deed: If your registered agreement is cancelled by a separate, registered cancellation deed, you typically have up to two years from the date of execution of the cancellation deed to apply.
